What do you need?

MJC has all your needs!

Don’t need to leave MJC for your banking

You can use a bank and ATM in MJC, every time when you need to do some kind of bank business.

There are five ATM and a bank in MJC. One ATM is on 1st floor in Engineering Faculty Building, and three on 1st floor in Administrative Building, the last ATM is next to Hana bank in Social Education Building. Yes, that’s so convenient. You can make a student ID card from Hana bank as well.

They are gonna make you easy to do bank business, but just make sure nobody can see your pin number when you using ATM.

Get every information from the Student Service Centre!

They are gonna be good helpers, who work in the Student Service Centre.

A lost-and-found centre, Internet plaza, and small movie theater are there.

You can use Internet, office programs (kind of word, excel, etc), scanner and printer from Internet Plaza as well. You know what? You can use computers for free, if you have an ID card.

A small movie theater, which in the Internet Plaza shows old movies twice a day for free.

There are a few important things you have to keep in mind. You shouldn't use your mobile, eat food, play games at this place. Please, be quiet and careful to do not disturb other people :)

MJC library has your every knowledge :)

If you are student of MJC, you must have been to the library at least once.

This library contains many various books. You can borrow books anytime, but you must return them within seven days. Therefore, you can study in the reading room, which is in the library basement.

We like that place, because it is quiet and warm, but sometimes it makes us sleepy. We will recommend this library to take a nap... just kidding!

If you're looking for a place to study, especially during exam terms, it's gonna great. However, it's really crowded at that time, so it's not really easy to have your own seat. That's why, you should go there early during exam terms.

Why don't you go to library to get lots of knowledge? :D

Make more healthy!

Don't you wanna make your body healthy? We recommend going to MJC's gym.
It's in the second basement of Art & Design House.

It's so clean and has a bunch of sporting goods, more than expected. That's why you can do many things to make your healthy. Screen golf link is there as well, so you can play golf if you want.

It just 25,000 won for a month, can you believe it? Therefore, it's 40,000 won, if you wanna play golf with gym membership.

Go and get S line!

Why don’t you have a lunch in cafeteria?

Do you know where the cafeteria in MJC is?

Cafeteria is a place in the Administrative building basement.

Usually, there are three kinds of meals. If you wanna have a meal there, you have to buy "food stamps", and then you must give it cafeteria worker to get your meal.

Every time we have a meal there, we say "could you give me more, please?" and they always answered "sure!". However, they never give it more.

Anyway, food stamp is between 2500 and 3000 won, isn't it cheap?

Enjoy your lunch at MJC cafeteria! :)

Have an awesome time in cafes at MJC!

Where do you go when you have free time between any classes? Don’t waste your free time to find a cafe, you can have some drinks or coffee at MJC’s cafes.

‘Caffe Bene', which is in the basement of the Administrative Building, is quite a brand new cafe. We highly recommend their ‘pat-bing-soo (adzuki bean sherbet)'. It's really yum, you guys are gonna love it!

‘Grazie’ is in the Social Education Building with really good atmosphere. It's possible to have a drink with cool and soft wind. Please make sure your wig in safe, cause sometimes strong wind blow there.

We hope you guys are having a great free time in cafes at MJC.

Are You Sleepy?

Are You Sleepy?

Let us introduce Bulgwang-Stream.
When you want to walk for a minute or refresh your feeling, or when you feel tire during drowsy lunch time, go out to walk for a while to get changing your conditions by hitting wind. Now I will talk about Bulgwang-Stream, which is 15 minute distance on foot.

How to go to Bulgwang-Stream.

Here are the ways to go Bulgwang-Stream; by walking, taking a bus, taxi, or subway. First, it's fifteen minutes from Myong-Ji College to Bulgwang-Stream by walking. Second, it's three minutes from Myong-Ji college to Bulgwang-Stream by bus. The stream is located right before exits of Saejeol and Eungam stations. If you want to get there by bus, you must know the bus numbers: 7017, 7018, and 7021.

What can you do Bulgwang-stream?

There are many things you can do in Bulgwang-stream, however, the best one of these points is you can take a rest there. You can also jog, exercise, or take a walk with your baby or lover. They have beautiful Flowers and the images such as cute Micky mouse for your favorable dating course. A ducks are swimming in the stream, and the night water show is waiting for your visiting. For public service, they run the toilets, parking lots, exercise machines, and bike rental.

If you want to ride a bicycle over there, you can lend it for free.

Unfortunately for now, renting bike is out of service for repairing.

When you want to take a rest with a cup of coffee, there are many coffee shops on the side street. I recommend you hand-made-cookie-cafe. You might love being in the coffee shop for enjoying the night scape of Bulgwang stream comfortably.

You can exercise!

You can exercise, too. There are various machines for helping you exercise. You can use the machines from the mostly normal one for sit-up or stretching to the fency one for leg exercising like in the picture. It is good for the health taking a moderate amount of exercising every day.

I already mentioned it, they rented a bikes.

They unfortunately stopped renting now for some reasons. But, I hope the day that they run the rental service again coming soon.

Why do you still ride a bike in the gym! How about try to have fun with riding a bike in nature-in-city? Bulgwang stream also has a road for the bike. As you know, you should keep some rules while you are enjoying the bicycle road for safety of every one. The speed limit of the bike is 20km. We should keep this although there are just a few people trying to be under the rules. You can enjoy your riding because they separated the road from the one for pedestrians, but do not drive so fast. This speed limit and separated road give you safe both riders and pedestrians.

Landscape of Bulgwang-Stream

This picture is the panorama of Bulgwang-Stream. Just like as you watching, the water of this stream splits between two sides. If you want to cross from one side to the other, you could use stepping stones or bridges.

This one is stepping stone. You can cross the stream through this stepping stones.
It is hard to find the stepping stones, but many people try to pass through it because there is a little fun when you are crossing the stream using this.

Flowers make the scenery of Bulgwang stream more attractive.

The flowers what you see in the picture have planted in recently. There are staff for manageing to garden those flowers. They water and plant the flowers for every season for not withering up.

The Bulgwang Stream started from the waterwheel of artificial waterfall, which is located front of Euam Station. The waterwheel placed under the bridge heading to E-mart direction from Euam Station.

"Watch out your back"

This is the Internet Plaza. Here, we can use computers freely. We can use the internet, printers, copy machines and so on.We must use this place quietly and don't play game, don't eat food but we can drink.
Warning!!!You can't link the adult sites. Just like the picture below.

"Faster than anyone else, unlike others"

This place is located in front of the Social Education Building. This place is well known for many Myong-ji College people.People visit this place the most on pleasant days.In this place, we can see all around Myong-ji College. It is nice and cool here.We can eat lunch and hang out with friends.

"Free smoking"

This is cafe Grazie.Grazie is located on the 2nd floor of the Social Education Building.Grazie is an outdoor cafe, so it is always open to the public. As shown in the picture above, we are able to study at Grazie.Smoker can also smoke without the glares of annoyed people.

"Study is not so good,
but I know coffee taste a little."

Caffe Bene is located in the basement of the Administrative Building.
Caffe Bene is also a cafe like Grazie.
The only difference between Grazie and Caffe Bene is that Caffe Bene is an indoor cafe.
Therefore, Caffe Bene has no smoking area.
Caffe Bene in our school is cheaper than any other stores out of school.
When you make a selection of coffee you will be very satisfied!
This is because there are many different choices.

"During the sleeping"

This place is popular.
It is always crowded.
These days most people play volley ball because for the sports festival.
This place can be dangerous sometimes, but most of the time it is a good resting place.
You can even sleep on the bench! Just like in the picture above.
However, if you do this someone might attack you!
Although you can be attacked, still it is a good resting place
We recommend it to you.

"The chamber of secrets"

This lounge is on the 6th floor of the Engineering Faculty Building.
Most of the users are Computer Information Dept. students.
This place is only available to young women.
If you are a young woman and wish to relax here, you should be careful.
The reason is that the hall is filled with curious men!

"Grade or sleeping : that is the question"

If you are too tired from studying really hard, the library is just for you.
In this place, you can read newspapers and magazines.
Some students take a nap just like in the picture above.
Do not sleep too long if you want an A+ on your grade!!

"Love and war"

In this place, you can see the yard. If you want to feel the cool and refreshing wind, this is the right place for you.Since there are no cafes, you need to bring your own food and drink. If you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend, watch his or her behavior! They might be cheating on you just like in the picture above!

Are you starving without much money?

We will give useful tips to you. Those are locations about the economical restaurant near Myong-Ji College.
First, I introduce Tody-House restaurant. If you want to go this restaurant, cross the crosswalk, turn left, go straight until Dunkin Donuts. Turn right, go straight until Myong-Ji University library, then turn left, go straight until Today-house restaurant. It takes about ten minutes from Myong-Ji College. This restaurant opens at 10 a.m., closes at 9 p.m. It sells various bowls of rice served with toppings, flour based foods, noodles and so on. Taste is good, the quantity of food is proper.
The price of foods are between 2,000 won and 4,500 won. This price is cheap in comparison with other restaurants, so this restaurant is famous to students. Another advantage of this restaurant that waiters are kind, smile early response about call from guest. The Mood of inner restaurant is a homely atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant.

Let me introduce restaurant of school to you.

First of all, this restaurant is located in the basement of the main building. Second, the price is cheaper than surrounding restaurants. (2500 won ~ 3500 won) Many students are charmed by this price. So, nowadays many students are using this restaurant. Third, it is open from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm. And the menu changes everyday. There exist the menu which is Korean food, American food and flour based food. Among them, the Korean food have gained in popularity over recent months. Fourth, an atmosphere is so noisy because many people are using this restaurant. The people who want to a quiet atmosphere will hate this area. Fifthly, Everything is self-service. After buying the meal ticket at the vending machine, please, go to facilities for providing meals, give the ticket and wait food. When food serves, take it and enjoy your meal. Sixth, students who use this restaurant use three times a week usually. Finally, the soup is a little bland but I though that this restaurant is good on the whole so I like this restaurant that has the inexpensive price and the delicious food.

This tasty Udon Kong's Riceball

Do you know Kong's Riceball? Kong's Riceball is one of the food shop. The location of the shop is as follows: Cross the street at the Myoung-Ji College and turn left, go straight until Dunkin Donuts. When you see the Dunkin Donuts, turn right. Next go straight until Kong's Riceball. Kong's Riceball opens at 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. There are many kinds of riceball including meat and tuna like burned spam and pork-kimchi riceball in the menu. The shop has a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Shop assistants are kind and give good service. The prices in this shop are between 1000 won and 3500 won. The taste is very good. Especially, I think Kimchi udon is most delicious. kimchi udon included kimchi is not greasy. kimchi udon also spicy. In the riceball, pork-kimchi riceball is most delicious. So I visit Kong's Riceball every two weeks. Therefore, I recommend Kong's Riceball

Do you think quantity is more important than quality?

Another recommended restaurant is Jong-ro snack bar. Because of the cheep price and rapid order, there are many students in lunch time. It's located across from the Myoung-Ji College. The interior of the snack bar is well-cleaned design and this is whetting my appetite. The price of the flour based food is 1,000 won to 3,000 won and meals ranged from modest 4,000 won. I recommended food is a bowl of rice topped with pork. It's so big, but really cheap more than your thought. It just 3500 won, isn't it cheap? So, it taste is very good. When you order this food, you can get your food very quickly. If you are busy, try this one. Better than nothing. I highly recommend this snack bar. Enjoy your meal !!
