We'll compare Myoung Ji College and Myong Ji University.
#1. Exterior

Myong Ji University is composed of seven-buildings.I have seen the Myong Ji University. It was very old and dowdy.However, one of buildings is so huge and nice. It’s the library.
Library in Myong Ji University was built like a piano.It is filled of modern equipment such as elevators and UCC studio.
We can rest at Myong Ji University anytime with beautiful views.
Our college has 6 buildings. It’s simple and normal but they are set up with harmony. Although our college has not the beautiful library like MJU, our college is cleaner than MJU and has the newest facilities.

#2. Library

This picture is MJC library and MJU library outside building.MJU library is very big, and MJC library very small.The MJU library is even larger than standard University building.MJU library is divided five floors in addition, MJU library has large garden on fifth floorMJC library much smaller than MJU library.MJC library has first floor and first basement level, and MJC library hasn't garden.

This picture is MJC library and MJU library inside building.MJU library has copy room, international conference room, bookstore, seminar room, UCC studio, small theater,many reading rooms, many reference rooms and large garden.MJC library has standard reading room and multimedia room, small rest area and free reading room.MJC library and MJU library have many different things.MJU library has more books and larger reading room than MJC libraryMJU library has international conference room, seminar room, theater, studio and garden,but MJC library hasn't many things.


#3. Cafeteria

This is Myong Ji University student cafeteria.Myong Ji Univ. student cafeteria is located in the student union and near other places like the Coffee shop.This place was better facilities than Myong Ji College and is more spacious.The meal ticket vending machine is good and prices were low.Today's lunch menu includes Chopped roast chicken/ potatoes, tuna bibimbap, homemade cheese pork and kimchi stew.Prices were generally less than 3,000 won.We ate chopped roast chicken/ potatoes and tuna bibimbap.The chicken/ potatoes were too large of a helping but taste is just so-so same with the tuna bibimbap.

This is Myong Ji College student cafeteria.Myong Ji College student cafeteria is located in the main building underground and has places like a coffee shop and Seven-eleven.This place's facilities are not as good as Myong Ji Univ. but taste of food was good.Prices were more expensive than Myong Ji Univ.Today's lunch menu includes Jjol noodle, a pork cutlet set, Yukgae stew.We ate Jjol noodle and a pork cutlet set.Jjol noodle is very delicious but too small of a helping.The pork cutlet set is really large of a helping and very good.

#4. Comforts

Our college is small but there are a lot of comforts.First, Seven-Eleven is a convenience store was built this year instead of a previous small store in main building.New clean convenience store has all kinds of foods and goods so I could buy something easily.I can go there and buy foods only in ten minutes!! I think it's because there is clean and neat.Next, our college has a cafe named Caffe Bene in main building. I don't like that because only females like Caffe Bene. However if you want to make a girlfriend, going to that place is a good way because there are many cute girls!The main building also has a bookstore, a stationery store, a cafeteria and so on..I'm sure that you'll go a bookstore when the beginning of a term because if you don't have the textbook, the professor may give you minus points in your name.In addition, our college has two different banks and lots ATMs. Our college also has computers for web surfing, colored printing and even free cell phone chargers!In many ways, our college has lots of comforts so we should take a pride in our college.

Myong Ji University also has lots of comforts.MJU has a student union building. It is different from MJC because MJC’s comforts are congregated in the main building with other departments but MJU has a building for students with lots comforts!The basic features are a bookstore, a snack bar, a cafeteria and a cafe named Grazie. It also has a post-office, banks, and even a optician’s shop.If your glasses are broken, you can go a optician’s and if you have to send a mail quickly, you may go a post-office in the student union building. (However, I’ve never had a situation like this.)I think best comfort is a small fragrant walk near the library. There are many benches for rest and I can feel the university campus life.

Something is good, something is bad but we couldn't decide to what's the better.Although MJU library is better than our college but we don't envy MJU students because our college also has better things than MJU.We take a pride in our college. We're MJC students!

Location
Coobuck is across from the MJ campus main gate and next to the flower shop.
Best coffee
Price for hot coffee (2800 won) and ice coffee (3000 won) are cheaper than other cafes. The most popular menu items are caramel macchiato and oreo vanilla frappe.
Other menu items are juice, beverages, smoothies and set.

Feeling

This cafe size is small, but feeling is comfortable and staff are friendly. The interior has a warm, cozy atmosphere.

Valuation : ★★★★☆

We recommend this place if students want the coffee and drinks for a nice break.

H O L L Y S

Location
Go out from MJC to main gate and turn right go straight about 180 meters and you can't miss it.

Best coffee
My favorite drink is Americano without syrup
and caffe mocha with whipped cream.
The cafe's caffe mocha is the best among cafes near my school.
You can choose two size of cup, tall and grande.
Tall size is 4500won,
and also you can choose ice and hot beverage.
The ice beverage is more expensive than hot one.
Feeling
This cafe provides wireless internet service
and it is divided into two areas.
It is smoking/non smoking area.
It has variety menu.
The price range is 3900 won to 5500 won.
It also has simple drinks such as green-tea and milk.
Furthermore, it sells variety bread, cake, sandwich and toast.
There are enough seats up to second floor in the cafe.
This cafe has an atmosphere of calm and restfulness.

And you don't know about each other. Therefore, we suggest cafe where you can be divided in the many conversations.
After talking about each other, you are able to move to another place.

Eating together is the best way to get closer on interpersonal relations.
Thus, after coming out of the cafe , you'd better choose restaurant for each of your tastes.
By sharing your favorite food with someone, you may be closer.
But if you have awkward relationship, you'd better avoid food that contains chilli powder.
Because it is easily stainn on your clothes and you may show a bad appearance.
If you are a little bit longer, you don't have to worry about the restaurant.
If not, youn better go to nice restaurants to catch the mood.

Park

In the park, as a this picture, you can take pictures with sculptures and paddle your feet in the water or churn it up in playing.
Also, nowdays most parks perform cultural performances and if you are lucky, you'll be able to see them.

You can go to the park to take a walk after eating.
Choose a beautiful natural setting and take a slow, leisurely walk through it.
If you became a little more intimate relationship, you may go on a picnic with lunch box.
In addition, if you eat lunch and have some fresh air, your feelings are very good, good, good!!

Exhibition

This picture is firefly gallery in the park.
However, Art gallery is better than gallery of this kind.

At a certain age,n you may meet a man or a woman who have a car.
In that case, Drivingn is suitable.
During driving when you feel hungty, you eat at restaurant on the road and when you feel pent-up in the city, you can drive for releasing stress.
First of all, you can drive your partner home because your moving is easy.
It is the biggest Advantage!!!! In these days in summer, I recommend Gyeonggi Yeoncheon near Seoul as a driving course.
Dongmakgol in driving course is the valley of a large area.
While the driving, you feel too warm and you can put your feet in the water after stopping the car.
In addition, you will come across some of the most beautiful landscapes and many marvelous rocks in there.
The couple have a car to drive is a required course.
Don’t need to speak!!

Jumbo International video arcade

Price : Price per game is from 300 to 500.
Location : It is located around back gate of Myungji University.
Evaluation : ★★ / ★★★★★
I think that it is not an appropriate way to spend time for college students.
Although it is lunch time, there are many middle and high school students.

This place is very noisy.

As you may know, after school they make the arcade too crowded.

Episode
This is a second writing.
I tried to be objective about first writing my review,

but this writing is very subjective.
Conclusively, I don't want to recommend this place.
Although its strong point is it cheaper cost than the others

(the meaning is just a one game...), it is not attractive.
If you're a middle or high school student,

sometimes Jumbo International video arcade is good place to enjoy.
But now, you're an adult and especially if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend,

then why don't you go to the other place such as a singing room, bowling club, billiard club? It is a better choice than Jumbo International video arcade.

If you bring your girlfriend here, maybe you will be single again

Easy Billiard Club

Price = 1,000 won per 10 minutes.
Location = Easy billiard club placed between Myungji-University three-way intersection and Myungji-University.

My opinion= The clerk's service was really kind,

but there was not enough space between the billiard tables.

Logan Vs Jordan Vs Joshua..
Logan's billiard score average is 100 and

Jordan's billiard score average is 80 then

Joshua's billiard score average is 50.
We had a game of billiards.We played for an hour.

but the game was not finished.

At that time, we were unlucky with billiards.

Ever since that time, we haven't gone again,

because we were disappointed with a low scores.

Party Singing Room

Price : 5,000 won per hour.

Location : Party Singing Room is located nearby Myungji-University.

My Opinion.

I think that this activity place is very fun and exciting.the prices are very inexpensive.anybody who likes singing can join this place.

However, host not give us water.

Episode
I was surprised with my friends when we went to Party Singing Room.

Their singing ability are very high class.

We sang continually with only ballad song.Eventually, Joshua fell into a deep sleep.

Bowling-game place

Price : 3,500 won (rent shoes 1,000 won)
location : across the MJC
Evaluation : ★★★★★/★★★★★

(Because it is easy for beginners and activity.

It is enjoyable for many people togther.)

Episode
One of the fun places near the campus is 'Chung-Am Bowling Alley'.
It may be interesting that we play a game with our friends.

We can play the game with team competition.

We played for stakes, the game-cost.
Bowling is quickly learn, so it is easy to play well for bginner.

Owner teaches lessons friendly in Chung-Am Bowling Alley.

Through this project, sometime we spent a lot of money,

but it was a good experience for us.

Our athletic meeting

Our Athletic meeting ~!

Through this English assignment, I enjoyed so much the athletic meeting of Myungji College.


Although we were not participate directly in this events, we felt that we are more friendly during the athletic meeting of Myongji College,

we saw and enjoyed playing our team.


The athletic meeting is not a just sports, it makes us more lively and more feeling good.


It's not difficult enjoying the athletic meeting! Just enjoy yourself.


It's our festival not others (for only Myongji College students).


We'd like everybody to enjoy athletic meeting in delightful atmosphere on next time through this message.


We also want that everybody wish to enjoy game and participating together (we hope it'll be a little more free event next year).







Soccer


We had a field day on May 2011.


It is a very big festival in Myonggi college, and ITC soccer team is very strong team.


ITC team is one of the favorites to win every year.


They practiced hard, working out two days a week. every every every week....


Nevertheless, it's too bad the ITC team lost in the semifinals.


We did our best and have no regrets.


We'll try harder from now on for the future athletic meeting.


The college track meet strengthened the bond between friends.













Kickball


Kickball consists of two teams. Each team has nine players and the rule is similar to softball or baseball,

but the only difference is by using our foot to kick the ball.


When I was in middle school, I was a representative of my school for playing kickball.


I could not attend athletic meeting at this time that’s why I felt bad.


Although our team lost in the trials, we, the players practiced very hard.


I cheered my teammates enthusiastically.


I promised to myself to join the game next year.











Basketball


An athletic meeting is one of the important festival in campus life to cooperate and get on with school mates.


Myongji College holds an athletic meeting every year.


A basketball tournament is one of the main events not to be missed.

(my major's basketball team, ITC basketball team won the cup last year but this year ...^^*)


Although basketball is not as popular as soccer in Korea, it’s a charming sport as

spectators can't take their eyes off the play.


Even though you don't like sports that much, since it is an athletic meeting I hope you
participate and cheer up our team, ITC basketball team.


Playing basketball requires speed, quickness, and agility,

but watching it requires nothing (just enjoy yourself).

Volleyball


In May 2011, The athletic meeting was held in Myungji College.


It was a result of the volleyball teams of the Information Technology department.


The volleyball teams of the IT department had practiced hard until the match.


Sadly, in the face of such a tough opponent, they lost their game from the first round.


Both men and women teams lost in sorrow.


However, I was impressed by their effort.


Although the volleyball teams of the IT department were eliminated in the early stage of the competition, I believe that it will be better next year's competition.

Subway

To use public transport, if you don`t have a transportation cards, you must pay fees.
If there are no subway cards, you can buy a disposable single use card.
Transportation cards give discounts on transit fare.

Transportation cards are needed to get on and off the subway or bus.
Here are some etiquette points taking subway.

1. Turn your cell phone to vibration mode and be brief on the phone and keep your voice down.
2. Volunteer to give up your seats for the disabled, the more physically disadvantaged, and pregnant
women and refrain from using an elevator.
3. Lower your music volume and keep your voice down.
4. When reading newspapers, fold them up for others, and do not seat cross-legged.
5. Do not travel with your pets.
6. Close the door on your way to the next section.
7. Do not eat food or get on the train with a beverage cup.
8. Let passengers in the train to get off first before you get on.
9. Stand in four lines to prevent crowding.
10. Do not lie down on the chair or let children to run in the train.

2.Do not eating food in the bus.

5.Should keep our phones in silent mode. we must call speak in a calm tone.
6.when you wait for the bus to arrive, don't wait in the road.
7.You need know transfer station in advance.
8.Riding through the front door and out the back door to get off.
9.Price in the transportation card, if you don`t have transportation card you ready to pay cash.
10.Do not travel with your pets.

Taxi

If a lot of people in the bus stop, you can take a taxi.
Taxi is more expensive than bus, but much faster.
To catch a taxi, wave your hand to get the driver's attention.
General taxi is base rate 2,400 won and the longer distance equal higher fare.

Color of taxi is black, orange, white and vary in different localities.
Black taxis are deluxe, orange and white taxis are general.
However, orange taxi is a Seoul development, they are call Haechi taxi and all of the driver speak English

Now, according to their major students go to class for lessons.

They going home after a hard lesson students look bright and smile.


Another go to Myoungji College

Jong-gak station (종각역)
Jong-gak or Jong-no staion is near by center of seoul.
The reason of Insa-dong, And ther is very faomous for foreigner.
you can easily come here even there to just one bus.
However It's very discomfort thing is exist just one that bus for run to Myongji college and need so long time.

Way of come here is First, get off the subway on Jong-gak station, and out there for exit 6.
Then, go straihgt untill you can see bus stop.
There is bus stop that come to Myongji College only one way.
After you grab the bus number 7018, go until Myongji college.
This way is need time almost 45 minuits

Sin-chon station (신촌역)
Althougt Sin-chon staion have nothing to do with Insa-dong, but there too famouse with jong-no or jong-gak.
This reason is concentrated famous universty in korea, so commercial supremacy is converge in there.
You want come here from sinchon station, first, get off the subway on there and out there for exit 4.
Then, go starignt until sinchon staion bus stop, so take the bus number 7611 till Myongji college.
This way is need time almost 40 minuits

Hong-jae station (홍제역)
First, get off the subway on Hong-jae station, and out there for exit 3.
Then, turn back on underground exit 3 and go straight, so you can see 'sae-jol station' bus stop
For come our college, you grab bus number 7018, 7021.
After take the bus of 2 numbers, go untill Myongji college.
This way is need almost 30 minuits.
