healthy spring water from the mountain behind campus: after lunch, continue walking along the top of Baek-nyeon Mt. There are several places to drink cool, fresh mountains spring water. Many people come here with large plastic bottles to fill and take back to their home.


















fun times on the weekend: Bulgwang-cheon is very close to campus-- just hop on any bus to Saejol Station. There are two biking/running/skating paths, and lots of gorgeous flowers and green plants along the way. If you continue to walk for about 45 minutes, you can reach World Cup Stadium and the Han River. It's a great walk to enjoy the beautiful Korean springtime!

Things Students should Carry in their Bags



Writing Tools
What do you need when taking notes about the lecture?It is writing tools.Bringing writing tools to school is the first thing to make you good student.If you study hard with your writing tools, maybe you can get A+ grade.Don't forget! just maybe!




Spare Battery
If your cell phone runs out of battery when you have an important schedule or waiting a call, It is an embarrassing situation.If have a spare battery, you can re-use your cell phone again.Maybe you can bring cell phone charger, but it's little uncomfortable.We recommend you take a spare battery in your bag.


Textbook
As you know, the textbook is essential in schools.When you wake up in the morning, you need to prepare the textbook.You can also put the books in your school locker.The textbook is most important thing when you go to school.


MP3
When you go to school, often spend time in bus or subway.Maybe it's thirty minutes or more than that and it can be boring.The one way to kill time is listen to MP3-player.If with your favorite songs you can enjoy that time, but don't listen so loudly.It's not good manner.


Cosmetics
Cosmetics are one of most important thing for girl students.Take cosmetics in your bag and fix makeup when it has been washed away.If you don't do that you can lose confidence.If you want to have continuous confidence, bringing cosmetics to school will be a good way.Do not lose confidence about your appearance.


Band-aid

During your school life, you can get hurt sometimes.If you fall down and your knee little grazed, you can do first aid with using band-aid.Bring one or two band-aids in your bag and it's useful when you or your friends get hurt. If your friends were injured, take out band-aid from bag and you can get closer to friends.


Water bottle

In hot weather like these days, you often feel thirsty during lecture but you can't get out class room during lecture.Just bring an empty water bottle to school and get water from water purifier.You can drink water when you thirsty even during lecture.It's comfortable.


Toothbrush and Toothpaste

Many students are staying in school long time.They are go out in the morning and come home in evening.If you do not brush teeth after eat lunch, you have a toothache.Bring toothpaste and toothbrush and brush your teeth after eating lunch.It's for healthy teeth and also good manner.

1. Healthy

Sleeping early



It is important to sleep early on your body.

If you sleep early, you can be taller and you don't worry about late for school.

Also it is very good for diet because you can forget hungry

For 10 pm to 2am, you can have nice skin because of skin recycle time.

If you difficult to sleeping early, you should take a warm shower.

Have a work out

To exercise is very good for your health.

Due to muscle increase, body energy rises so higher percentage a fat is used for energy.

Therefore, anyone who does not exercise get little fatter than a person who does exercise.

Also bone density increase and muscle reinforcement prevent the arthritis.

In addition, you can get good body and you can get confidence by dieting.


After three glasses of soju.



College life is lot a time when drinking with friends,
but excessive drinking is bad for your health.
Even moderate drinking may help blood circulation.
Drinking alcohol in moderation is pleasant.

Eating a fruit

Much fruits have vitamins what is good for your body so it can help you dieting.

However, if you eat so lots of fruits or you eat late night, it doesn’t like your body.

Instead, if you eat fruits in the morning, it is likely to gold for you.


No smoking! Your body will become healthy.

No smoking makes your mind clear and your skin healthy.

If you don't smoke, you can reduce cough and phlegm. You can also rid of the smell of smoke from hair and body. Moreover, you can save money by not smoking. For example, if you smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day, you can save 75,000 won per month.



2. Unhealthy


Drink too much

The next day a severe headache and vomiting should occur. In such a case, you can't make fun college life. If you drink too much, you can mistake to your friends and colleagues. For example, after you drink too much, if you seem to severe abuse or violent behavior your friends and colleagues, they will leave you. In such a case, it will have bad effects on mental health. Also, diseases such as depression or alcoholism are likely to happen. For that reason, moderate drinking is OK.


If you sleep late?



First, your skin is worse and your body can't make a hormones.

Second, Sleeping late affects the rhythms of life. If you go to the school, you can't concentrate during the class.

Third, If you sleep late, you produce stress hormones which is bad for your body.

Sleeping late is very bad.


Do you smoke?



Smoking produces all evil and no good, or smoking does more harm than good
In my opinion, cigarette is a kind of drug.
If you smoke cigarettes at once is very difficult to quit.
Smoking is decreases the stamina, causes lung cancer.
You have to quit smoking.


Students usually eat fast food, is often.


Is a typical fast food hamburger.
Are hamburgers and other kinds of fast food good for you?
Fast food is unhealthy because it has a lot of fat and salt.
Okay to eat fast food in moderation, but if your main food is fast food then it is very harmful for your health.
