For Healthy School Life

The miserable students.


These days, most students do not have sufficient and restful sleep.
They had spent a restless night. So, they often had a headache.
They can never concentrate upon classes.
They who were late did not eat breakfast at home. Therefore, they eat fast food at convenience store near the school .
They are in failing health.
The students who smoke are worse than others student.
Also, students are short of exercise because of playing computer games and drinking parties.






How to be healthy.

What can you do for health?
There are many ways to be healthy.
First, you have to keep regular living.
Second, you must take regular three meals a day and eat good food except instant.
Third, If you smoke or drink, you should try to reduce them.
Fourth, It is important to have positive thinking to reduce stress.
And I think good relations with family and groups of friends are a great help to them.
Also, if you take a trip with your friends, your stress should reduce.
Fifth, proper exercises also are good ways to healthy school life.
I recommend gym in our school.
Sixth, If you have an interesting hobby or join a club, it is one of ways.
 
Remember the proverb: "A sound mind in a sound body".
